Our story

APaaS Application Packaging Services Ltd started life as an application packaging and deployment specialist. We package MSIs, MSIX and Intune-published apps. We deploy them via SCCM and Intune across UK enterprise estates — water companies, infrastructure consultancies, defence suppliers, rail operators.

Doing that work for the better part of a decade, we kept seeing the same pattern: organisations spending hundreds of thousands on licences for software that nobody used, scrambling for two weeks before every CE+ audit, then forgetting about vulnerability hygiene until the next audit cycle started.

APaaS Assure is the platform we built because none of the existing tools answered the question our customers actually had: "What is the real state of my estate right now, and what should I do about it?"

• Operational reality first. Every feature has to work against the messy data customers actually have, not the clean data vendors wish they had. Hence the AppNameAliases resolver, the 3-tier categorisation, the manual override at every level.
• UK-built, UK-hosted, UK-supported. Your data doesn't leave the UK. Your support tickets reach people in Sheffield within business hours.
• Honest evidence over impressive demos. The dashboard shows you what's in your estate, including the bits that look bad. Confidence comes from accuracy, not from hiding the rough edges.
• Replace, don't add. Every customer we've onboarded has switched off at least two other tools. We measure success by what we let you cancel.
