We connect, ingest, build a unified estate inventory and run the full Risk Register with KEV and NVD vulnerability correlation. Deliverables: a branded PDF executive summary plus a CSV data pack within five working days, finished with a 30-minute walkthrough call. No ongoing platform access.
The 5Rs rationalisation engine is not included in Snapshot — that's a subscription-only capability. Snapshot tells you what's in your estate and where you're exposed; the 5Rs engine tells you what to do about each application across Retain, Reduce, Replace, Remove and Replatform. If rationalisation is the value you're after, Starter / Pro / Growth is the right entry point.
Pricing is £10k for estates with under 300 distinct applications and £25k for estates with 300 or more applications — the threshold reflects the additional ingest, correlation and reporting effort once an app catalogue passes that size. Either fee credits 100% against year-one subscription fees if you subsequently sign Starter or above within 60 days.
Distinct applications in the normalised catalogue after our ingest pass — not raw installation rows. Sub-components (browser add-ins, runtimes bundled with a parent application) collapse to the parent. We tell you the count up front after the initial ingest so the tier is clear before any artefacts are delivered. If you're close to the threshold, we'll quote you on the lower tier in good faith.
The Pilot is a 14-day, dashboard-only evaluation capped at 25 devices and 25 applications — deliberately sized to show you the UX and the kind of insight the platform produces, not to deliver a full estate picture. Export of PDF/CSV data is disabled on Pilot, the 5Rs rationalisation engine is not unlocked, and any sample report we generate is watermarked "EVALUATION — NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION". If you need exportable estate data without committing to a subscription, the Snapshot offering is the right fit. If you need rationalisation analysis, that's subscription-only from Starter upwards.
Just want a one-off snapshot of the estate? Snapshot (from £10k). Evaluating the platform itself before subscribing? Pilot (free, 25 devices, 25 applications, view-only). Then on the subscription ladder: under 500 devices (small UK business) Starter; up to 1,500 (regional or mid-sized professional services) Pro; up to 5,000 (UK mid-market enterprise) Growth; above that, or multi-entity / sector-regulated, Enterprise. Mixed estates with multiple subsidiaries default to Enterprise so we can model each entity separately.
No setup fee on Starter, Pro or Growth. Enterprise includes a fixed-fee onboarding programme (typically £6k-£15k) covering data source connection, branding, user provisioning and a kick-off review with your IT leadership.
Starter: email, 2-business-day response. Pro and Growth: email, 1-business-day response, UK business hours. Enterprise: dedicated Customer Success Manager, 4-hour incident response SLA, quarterly business reviews and direct access to the engineering team for integration questions.
